Since receiving an undergraduate degree in sociology from Yale University and a graduate degree in nonprofit management from the Kennedy School at Harvard University, I guided the startup of three national-level organizations. For decades, I have worked with leaders in national corporations, nonprofits, federal agencies, and international development multilaterals to build their organizations while supporting them through their own personal growth. As such, I am a thought partner on both personal and organizational challenges.
Whether it is working with a leadership team or coaching an individual, I thrive at facilitating strategic conversations that lead clients to important insights, needed interventions and meaningful action.
NOTE: As a bisexual, black, immigrant woman, I bring a deep appreciation of the ongoing pressures faced by marginalized groups and the ways these truths can manifest in our lives.
