Joe Miguel Ortiz is a Dominican hairstylist who stared his career in 2005 when his wife and him purchased "The Angel's Beauty Salon". Later that same year, Joe Miguel discovered a talent and love for hairstyling he had no idea he had and began his journey with Cosmetology. Today Joe Miguel is an experienced hairstylist, Master Colorist and Curl Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He has obtained certifications from Deva Curl as a Curly Hair Specialist, and has also attended the Vidal Sassoon academy for intense color and cutting technique class in Chicago, for which he obtained a master colorist certification. Continuing his passion for natural hair, he's dedicated to educating the public and stylists on the care of curly hair.
